Replacement of the Villamantilla pedestrian path with exposed-aggregate concrete

Summary

The contract covers the complete replacement of the existing surface of a pedestrian path in Villamantilla with exposed-aggregate concrete. The site is on the right-hand side of the M-523 road, heading from Villamantilla towards Villanueva de Perales. The works include demolishing the existing surface and laying a uniform, durable new pavement. The estimated value is €95,470.12 excluding VAT and the budget including VAT is €115,518.85. The works must be completed within 30 calendar days and before 30 October 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically as one signed file. Tenderers must demonstrate registration and economic and technical capacity, and submit a price offer and an offer for the automatically assessed criteria. Price is worth up to 30 points. The other award criteria are tree planting (up to 10 points), installation of solar LED lights (up to 10), an offer to repair a rural road (up to 20), an extended warranty (up to 10) and a shorter execution period (up to 20). These additional works are free of charge and become binding on the successful tenderer if offered. For the rural-road improvement, up to 50 metres of road repaired across its full 5-metre width may be scored. The basic warranty is one year, with up to two additional years available. The successful tenderer must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final contract price excluding VAT.
