Supply, installation and removal of furniture at ADIF’s Central Laboratory

Summary

ADIF is procuring furniture for work rooms at its Central Laboratory in the Villaverde Bajo Railway Complex in Madrid, together with dismantling unusable existing furniture, removing it from the rooms and transporting it to a recycling point. The supply comprises 30 ergonomic adjustable chairs, four sets of six work tables, and 30 metal modular lockers measuring 40 × 45 × 50 cm. Existing furniture must be removed from rooms measuring 48 m² and 35 m². The contract must be completed within two months from the date stated in the commencement record. The estimated value is €26,284.73 excluding VAT, or €31,804.52 including VAT; price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must meet the turnover and previous-experience requirements, be registered in the relevant Spanish bidder register by the submission deadline (or evidence an earlier registration application), and provide the manufacturer’s confirmation that the furniture complies with the technical requirements and standards. Bids must be submitted electronically; only one bid is permitted and variants are not allowed.
