Summary

The Madrid City Council is procuring sound, streaming, lighting, video projection and technical support for public events organised by its Directorate-General for Communication. The contractor will provide and install, operate, maintain and dismantle the required audiovisual equipment and supply technical staff for events at municipal premises and outdoor locations within the Community of Madrid. The contract is not divided into lots, has an estimated 12-month term starting on 1 March 2027, with extensions of up to 24 months, and a maximum initial budget of €267,955.41 including VAT.
