Bases of the project competition for drafting the basic and executive project and the construction management of the Vic Primary Care Center

Summary

The tender concerns external services for the Vic Primary Care Center project, including drafting the basic and executive design and the subsequent construction management. The contract will be awarded through a project competition with a jury; the winner will enter into a contract for the joint services of project design and construction management, including possible project modifications during execution. The estimated contract value is about 1,021,549.48 EUR (excluding VAT). Top five proposals receive 5,000 EUR each. The process uses the Sobre Digital electronic tender system and requires DEUC, Annexes 7A/7B/7C staff accreditation, BIM commitments, and full pre-qualification documentation as per the PCAP NSP.
