Maintenance service for gym machines at the Lubaki sports centre

Summary

The procurement concerns the maintenance service for gym machines at Zumaia's Lubaki sports centre. The contract will be awarded in a single lot in accordance with LCSP Article 99.3. The contractor must provide regular preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, cleaning, lubrication, calibration and replacement of worn parts as necessary, including on-site visits. The annual budget is 7,000 euros excluding VAT, with a total of 28,000 euros over four years. Prices will not be revised during the contract, but a maximum increase of up to 20% may apply if the service volume increases (for example if more machines are added).
