Summary

The tender concerns web hosting, domain management and DNS services, as well as technical maintenance for the Municipality of Sant Feliu de Guíxols’ websites. It includes a unified hosting environment with at least 60 GB NVMe storage and 500 GB monthly data transfer, plus a technical services bag of 180 hours per year for corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance. The contract covers SSL certificates, backups, security, access control, domain DNS management, and technical support with specified SLAs. The award will consider price across three components: hosting service price (up to 30 points), domain service price (up to 20 points) and maintenance hourly rate (up to 50 points).
