Declaration of responsibility

Summary

Annex 1 is the Declaration of Responsibility form for bidders in the Taravaus drainage works contract. It obliges the bidder to confirm legal capacity, absence of prohibitions to contract, and compliance with financial, tax, labor, and social security obligations. It also requires commitment to obtain or provide solvency evidence (including external solvency arrangements via Annex 3 if applicable), to disclose disability employment targets or alternatives, to ensure proper insurance coverage, and to designate a recipient for electronic notifications via e-NOTUM. The bidder must declare accuracy of information, accept Spanish jurisdiction for foreign entities, and designate an authorized contact for notifications.
