Summary

The tender concerns the supply of tires with environmental sustainability criteria for the vehicles of the Álava Foral Diputación. Tires are divided into four lots: 1) tires for passenger cars, 2) tires for vans, 3) tires for crossovers and SUVs, 4) tires for trucks and trailers. Tires must meet all homologation requirements and promote fuel efficiency, safety and low noise. They must be new, tubeless, radial, and labelled with brand and model, including load and speed indices and wear indicators. Winter tires must bear M+S marking with 3 PMSF, or be All-season. Minimum indices apply; if a supplier cannot meet an index, higher indices must be offered at the same price. Delivery times are 48 hours (Lot 1), 72 hours (Lot 2 and Lot 3), and 7 working days (Lot 4). Non-compliance may lead to penalties; there is room for new product additions; warranty is at least three years. Offers must show price for all references and at least 80% of tires in the same brand; no variants are allowed.
