Maintenance service for security systems

Summary

This tender concerns a maintenance service for Euskotren's security systems for 2027-2029. The contract covers CCTV video surveillance, anti-intrusion and access control systems and their preventive and corrective maintenance at Euskotren sites in Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Álava. The proposal must include diagnostics, configuration and parameterization, software updates and documentation and inventory management; supply of spare parts, licenses and manufacturer support, and the necessary certifications. The contract is arranged as a single lot (lote único) and the service coordination will be through Euskotren's GMAO platform. The service will comply with health and safety, environmental, data protection and gender equality requirements to ensure continuity of service.
