Summary

The CCCB intends to award a non-public service concession for the management of the CCCB bar-restaurant within CCCB facilities. The concession includes daily restaurant service with optional take-away, bar cafeteria service, temporary bar services for CCCB events, and catering and coffee service. The concessionaire bears operational risk and will be remunerated solely from service revenues and the prices charged for offered products. A fixed monthly canon of 1,000 EUR excluding VAT and a variable canon of 4% on annual gross turnover before VAT apply.
