Maintenance services for climate control, low voltage, DDD and legionella for the Foundation building

Summary

This procurement concerns the provision of maintenance services for climate control, low voltage, DDD treatment and legionella for the Fundació Catalana per a la Recerca i la Innovació (FCRI) building in Barcelona. The procedure is open and not divided into lots. The contract duration is 1 year with possible extensions for up to three additional years (2028–2030). The estimated contract value over four years is 84,800 EUR exclusive of VAT. The annual budget is about 21,200 EUR exclusive of VAT. Award criteria allocate up to 40 points for qualitative/technical approach and up to 60 points for price. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate adequate economic/financial viability (minimum annual turnover of 127,200 EUR) and technical/professional capacity (at least one similar service in the last three years with annual value of at least 14,840 EUR). ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications are required. Subcontracting up to 30% of the contract is allowed. Tender documentation includes the DEUC and a three-envelope submission process.
