Justification of award criteria under LCSP Article 145

Summary

The contract concerns the supply, installation and configuration of ACTRIS Aerosol In-situ equipment: an expansion chamber for measuring ice-nucleating nuclei (INP). The expansion chamber is approximately 10 liters in volume; temperature control from +20 C to -60 C; INP concentration range 0.002 to 1000 L-1; an optical particle counter detects particles from 0.2 to 200 μm. The system is fully automated (Plug-and-Play) for long-term high-resolution measurements. The procurement is part of the ESFRI GICs CAMPUS NEV-04 project and is funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER). The equipment will support the AGORA observatory as Cloud In-Situ within ACTRIS, contributing to atmospheric, climate and environmental research and integration with ACTRIS networks. The tender uses a negotiated without publicity procedure to select the most suitable equipment.
