Bar-cafeteria service concession at the Liceo facilities

Summary

The tender concerns the concession of the bar-cafeteria service at the Liceo facilities in Alcañiz. The concessionaire will directly operate and manage the bar-cafeteria, including procurement of food and beverages, storage, preparation, and service to the public, as well as maintenance of the bar area, terrace and restrooms and the adjacent Sala Multiusos for events with the Town Hall's authorization. The contract requires compliance with applicable laws and regulations, provision of suitably trained staff, and creation of a public price list.
