Ground floor renovation and adaptation works

Summary

This tender concerns the ground floor renovation and adaptation works required to relocate EGARSAT MCSS 276’s Care Centre in Almería. The works cover general construction, interior finishing, installations (sanitary, ventilation, electrical) and signage, enabling the new 305.57 m2 facility to support administration, user services, healthcare, rehabilitation and diagnostic activities.
