Summary

This procurement concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations in the SEPE Provincial Directorate building in Huelva. The contractor will plan and perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance following the defined plan, supply necessary tools and materials, and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements. The contract uses an open simplified abbreviated procedure (PASA H-03/2027) with a base budget of 15,480 EUR VAT included, for the period 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027, with monthly payments (1/12 of the total price). Price is the only award criterion. ROLECE registration is required, and Annex I Declaration must be submitted.
