This tender concerns the maintenance of climate control equipment and air renewal systems installed in the SEPE Provincial Directorate building in Huelva, including six water sources. The contractor shall provide regular preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance as required for health-related emergencies, and ensure 24/7 fault reporting and response; plan and document maintenance activities; supply labor and materials; comply with safety and environmental requirements; provide the maintenance plan and necessary documentation; ensure staff availability without interrupting daily maintenance operations. The maximum contract price is 23,040 EUR including VAT, with a 12-month duration from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.
