Technical assistance for the preparation of the Economic Impact Study of the Port of Seville

Summary

Open procurement for technical assistance to prepare the Port of Seville Economic Impact Study. The contract aims to quantify the economic-Port activity, analyze dependency of port users, and examine expanded activities (port-city integration, cruise, mega yachts, zones such as ZAL, etc.). Deliverables include an inception meeting and minutes, a detailed work plan, data collection (surveys), analysis of direct, indirect and induced effects using input-output methods in line with Puertos del Estado guidelines, an integrated final report, dissemination materials, and stakeholder presentations. The engagement runs for up to 12 months. The bidder must meet financial, technical and professional suitability criteria and provide required documents (guarantees, insurance, etc.).
