Technical assistance for Project Management and DO/ATDOCV supervision of Bilbao Airport works

Summary

This procurement concerns Bilbao Airport investment execution support services, including Project Management (PM) and Technical Project Direction (DTP), and Direction, Control and Surveillance (DOCV) of works, including Safety and Health Coordination (CSS) and Security Auditor (TASA). The contract comprises two blocks: Block 1 – PM/DTP and BIO DO/ATDOCV; Block 2 – PM/DTP for the Bilbao Airport Reform Project with specialized technical support. The aim is to ensure planning, cost and schedule control, quality, safety and environmental management across LDAs, from prenecessity to commissioning.
