Maintenance service for heating installations in municipal buildings of the Municipality of Úbeda

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of normative, preventive and corrective maintenance for heating installations in municipal buildings of Úbeda. The contract follows the RITE regulatory framework (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios). It is an open, electronically managed procedure with price as the sole award criterion. The estimated base annual expenditure is 25,000 EUR (excluding VAT), totaling 30,250 EUR including VAT for a two-year period, with the possibility of extension up to four years. The service covers maintenance of 10 boilers above 70 kW and 10 boilers between 20 and 70 kW, with unit prices of 100 EUR/month per boiler (>70 kW) and 300 EUR per annual inspection per boiler (20–70 kW). The bidder must demonstrate appropriate economic/financial and technical/professional capacity, including a Group P, Subgroup 3, Category 1 classification, and sufficient turnover and relevant experience. The procurement is conducted via an open, fully electronic process with mandatory digital submission; a 5% performance guarantee is applicable and penalties may apply for non-performance.
