Renovation, improvement and adaptation works of medium-sized playgrounds in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana

The tender concerns the renovation, improvement and adaptation of medium-sized municipal playgrounds in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, split into two lots. The procurement uses two award criteria: 1) price (hind) – maximum 90 points; 2) extension of warranty and maintenance – maximum 10 points (up to 3 extra years). The procurement is by open procedure, with two lots, and the possibility to bid for one or both lots. Qualification requirements include financial capacity to cover the contract, sufficient technical staff and equipment, and compliance with safety and environmental conditions. Payment will be by monthly certificates with corresponding invoices; the winner must obtain insurance including civil liability and all-risk coverage for construction and related risks.
