Maintenance of climate control equipment and installations in municipal buildings

Summary

This procurement covers the maintenance of climate control equipment and ventilation installations in municipal buildings managed by the Carcaixent Town Hall. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers maintenance of climate control systems in municipal buildings (excluding the swimming pool); Lot 2 covers maintenance of climate control systems for the municipal indoor pool. Services include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, with a 24/7 technical assistance component, and an energy-audit requirement (first year and as applicable). The contract includes a budget-based price mechanism, performance-based award criteria (price, labour cost ratio, material discount, hours bolsa, material bolsa, and technical certifications), and mandatory documentation (DEUC, DACI) where applicable. The agreement lasts two years with possible extensions up to two additional years, and requires compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; a minimum insurance cover of 300,000 EUR is required, and a dedicated technical interlocutor will be appointed for Lot 2.
