Ecological rehabilitation works of the pavements and surroundings of San Antonio Plaza

Summary

The tender concerns the ecological rehabilitation works of the pavements and surroundings of San Antonio Plaza in Aranjuez. The project aims to improve environmental conditions and preserve the site’s patrimonial value, addressing deficiencies in pavement and vegetation. Planned activities include rehabilitation of the surrounding pavement with base layer cleaning, drainage network repair, and replacement with a photocatalytic surface that captures pollutants; rehabilitation of the tree-lined promenade along Calle San Antonio between the Plaza and Calle Palacio de Silvela, including double tree alignment, ecological islands in parterres, with parking between the Plaza and Calle Príncipe de la Paz and installation of bollards between Calle Valeras and Palacio de Silvela; works are financed under the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (PRTR) through the Regeneration Urban line (ERRP). The base contract value is 718,290.70 EUR excluding VAT (869,131.75 EUR including VAT); project duration is five months; the award criteria are price (60 points), increase of the contract guarantee period (20 points), and reduction of the execution period (20 points). Compliance with environmental, social and labor requirements will be considered; and the procurement follows the LCSP and PRTR provisions.
