Training on playful governance and prototyping of collective tools for youth communities

Summary

This procurement concerns the design, production, coordination, facilitation, transfer and evaluation of a methodological kit for playful governance and a practical training program aimed at youth associations, youth councils and informal youth groups, using game-based tools, simulations, rapid prototyping and critical techno-ludism to foster collective experimentation and community building. The contract includes the design of the program and calendar, development of kit materials and facilitation resources, dissemination materials, participant registration management and a final evaluation report, with at least five training sessions. The work is to be performed over a maximum of five months with two partial deliveries: by December 1, 2026 and by March 31, 2027. The base budget is 99 384,67 EUR excluding VAT. Award will be based on price (75%) and quality (25%).
