Summary

The tender concerns the ICFO staff daily bus transport service from Barcelona to ICFO’s Castelldefels site. The main objective is to arrange two morning trips (Entrada 1 and Entrada 2) and two evening departures (Sortida 1 and Sortida 2) in accordance with ICFO’s schedule, serving approximately 50 passengers per route. Vehicles must be at least 52 seats, equipped with seat belts on all seats, and not older than five years. The contractor must ensure drivers with the necessary licenses and qualifications, maintain staff confidentiality, and provide incident management with a maximum 30-minute response time. A single point of contact for ICFO must be designated, and vehicles must display ICFO signage. The service must comply with EU and national passenger transport regulations. The contract duration is two years, with up to three one-year extensions. The base budget is 218,111.04 EUR excluding VAT for the two-year period (109,055.52 EUR per year). Payments are monthly within 30 days of invoice approval. The contract also requires monthly occupancy, punctuality, incidents and service-improvement reports and route optimization as needed.
