Implementation of a CMMS (GMAO) for the Mercat de les Flors Consortium

Summary

The tender concerns the implementation of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Mercat de les Flors Consortium. The contract covers procurement of the CMMS, its initial implementation and configuration, data migration and ongoing maintenance and support. The CMMS will enable integrated central management of all assets, including stage equipment, climate control, lighting, safety and other technical equipment. Key features include preventive and corrective maintenance management, inventory control, planning and scheduling, document management, graphical asset localization on plans, KPI reporting, and training and support. Requirements include a minimum of five users included at no extra cost, a web-based interface with multi-user access, Windows compatibility, GDPR compliance, and data security. The procurement will be conducted by electronic tendering through the Barcelona procurement portal. The contract duration is 36 months from formalization (6 months for implementation/configuration and 30 months for maintenance and support) with an option to extend for one additional 12-month period. The estimated budget is 32,670 EUR including VAT.
