Summary

The Supply of AutoDesk licenses 2026 concerns the provision of licenses for EJIE's client base, including rights to use the software with access to the latest version, technical documentation, access to the AutoDesk Subscription portal, and support during the contract. The current license portfolio includes Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection: 12 licenses; AutoCAD - including specialized toolsets: 117 licenses; AutoCAD LT: 86 licenses. The contract covers renewal of existing licenses and the option to request additional licenses as needed, with maximum increases: Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection: 10; AutoCAD - including specialized toolsets: 20; AutoCAD LT: 30. The delivery time for new licenses shall not exceed 5 calendar days. New licenses will be added to the contract from the effective date to the end date of the contract.
