Security and surveillance at the Alcalá 30–32 building

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of security and surveillance services for the Alcalá 30–32 building, the seat of the Madrid Community Department of Education, Science and Universities. The contract will run from January 1, 2027 (or the date of contract formalization if later) to December 31, 2027. The contractor must be a licensed security company with a valid administrative license and registered in the National Private Security Registry; the service will be provided by unarmed guards accredited by the General Directorate of Police and properly trained; the contractor must provide personnel, required training and equipment (including at least two manual metal detectors and communication devices); coordination with the Madrid Security Service will be established; Lisa I details in Lisa I.
