Concession for the operation of the Kanpape Bar-Restaurant

Summary

The tender concerns a demanial concession for the operation of the Kanpape bar-restaurant on property owned by the Ziortza-Bolibar municipality. The supplier or concessionaire will obtain the right to operate the Kanpape bar-restaurant (Domingo Ugartetxea 3) under a public concession leading to an annual rent and service obligations. The selection will be based on multiple criteria: best exploitation project (up to 40 points), annual rent (up to 5 points), economically valued improvements (up to 7 points), knowledge and use of Euskara (up to 30 points), and the possibility of joint bids (up to 18 points).
