Supply of work clothing and stock for the staff of the Torrejón de Ardoz City Hall for the 2026-2027 period

This procurement concerns the supply of work clothing and stock for the Torrejón de Ardoz City Hall staff for the 2026-2027 period. The service consists of supplying and delivering clothing to municipal centers in individually identified packages according to the personnel and garment list to be provided after award. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 General clothing and stock; Lot 2 Environmental Agents clothing. The maximum contract value is €90,302.30 including VAT. The budget is allocated for 2026 and 2027, with 2026 comprising Lot 1 worth €17,648.46 and Lot 2 €2,584.80 (including VAT) and 2027 comprising Lot 1 €70,069.04 (including VAT). The procedure is Open with a two-phase evaluation: a technical/quality memory (up to 40 points) and a price-based evaluation (up to 60 points). A separate quality memory must accompany bids (Lot 1 up to 26 pages, Lot 2 up to 10 pages) detailing garment composition with percentages, basic properties, weight (grammage), wash cycles and any certifications. Minimum requirements include clear labeling (composition, washing instructions and standards), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, CE marking where applicable (PPE), gender differentiation if specified, durability of at least 30 washes, color fastness to washing ISO 105 level 4 or higher, shrinkage <3%, reinforced seams, and reflective bands sewn. The contract also includes provisions on data protection, waste management and other contractual obligations.
