Occupational health risk prevention and health surveillance service

Summary

This tender concerns the external service for Occupational Health Risk Prevention and Health Surveillance for the Las Cuevas de Cañart Local Entity. The contract is two years with possibility of two one-year extensions (maximum four years). The award criterion is price only. The estimated base budget is 1,450 EUR excluding VAT (1,660 EUR including VAT). The service covers prevention specialties: Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology, and Health Surveillance (Occupational Medicine) for all staff. Bidders must demonstrate qualification and capacity, including a valid accreditation/authorization as an External Prevention Service (SPA) covering the required specialties, experience with similar services in the last three years, and evidence of good performance. Compliance with tax and social security obligations and registration requirements must be shown, and the ability to provide required documents upon request. Subcontracting is allowed under specified conditions.
