Summary

The contractor must meet the tender’s qualification and compliance requirements, including adequate economic and financial capacity and technical competence. The team must include a project manager, site manager, ventilation/heating systems specialist, water supply and sanitation specialist, and an electrical specialist, with proof of qualifications for each role. Provide evidence of prior experience with similar works, including references, project details and timelines. The bid must comply with the technical specifications in Annex I, including REACH requirements. The contractor must adhere to environmental management obligations per Annex D (SGAEA/RG04) and complete Annex II environmental questionnaire. The contractor must hold a sanitary registration and a civil liability insurance policy of at least €30,000, extendable to cover the full value of goods in transit if required.
