Framework agreement for the supply of spare parts for the SOCATA TOBAGO TB10 fleets managed by SENASA

Summary

This tender establishes a framework agreement to supply spare parts for the SOCATA TOBAGO TB10 aircraft fleets managed by SENASA. The contract covers new spare parts as well as exchange and outright options. Exclusions include standard replacements per EASA M.A.501; LYCOMING engine parts; HARTZELL propellers; magnetos from CONTINENTAL/CHAMPION; avionics; and transport/customs costs are excluded. Parts must be original and certified; SENASA may audit supplier facilities for compliance with EU aeronautical storage standards. A 24-hour customer service line is required. Offers may be in euros or USD; the Bank of Spain rate on award date is used for estimation. Delivery times: 7 days for ordinary parts, 2 days for AOG; 6-month warranty for new parts; payment terms: net 30 days from receipt of invoices; open tender process with potential DEUC/Declaration Responsible (Anexo 2.A).
