Printing services for graphic materials

Summary

Correos is procuring the production, finishing and delivery of printed and other graphic materials used to promote its products, services and advertising campaigns. Items include flyers, folded leaflets, posters, folders, display stands, desk calendars, postcards and vinyl graphics. Correos will supply the final artwork; the contractor must print, finish, package and label the materials where needed, then deliver them to a Correos distribution centre. Prices must include transport to a centre in the same province as the contractor; Correos will handle onward distribution. The contractor must be able to print at least 150,000 flyers per day. Quantities are estimates, and only work formally ordered by Correos must be produced. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three extensions of up to 12 months each. The estimated contract value is €1,176,000 excluding VAT and the tender budget is €338,800 including VAT. Offers are evaluated on best value for money: price carries up to 70 points and technical factors up to 30 points. Bidders need the specified turnover, experience on at least three comparable services, and the required printing and finishing equipment. Offers must be submitted electronically and include unit prices for all listed items.
