Consultancy services for the level crossing documents digitization process in the archive

Summary

This tender covers consultancy and assistance services for the digitization process of level crossing documents in the archive. The contractor shall assist in identifying, classifying, inventorying and preparing documents for digitization, provide guidance on scanning and OCR, assign metadata and generate ENI XML; ensure output as PDF/A or PDF/A-2B files and manage data security and confidentiality and integrate results with ADIF's Common Data Environment (CDE).
