Periodic and Extraordinary Cleaning at Castilla-La Mancha Centres

The contract covers periodic cleaning and disinfection, together with on-demand extraordinary cleaning, at Mutua Universal’s centres in Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara and Toledo. The contract is not divided into lots. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three possible 12-month extensions. Staff may transfer under applicable law; the tender documents provide information about the affected employees. The maximum bid is €169,824.42 excluding VAT (€205,487.55 including VAT). Price carries 87 points and the technical service proposal 13 points; bidders must score at least 4 points on the qualitative technical criteria.
