Rental of Audiovisual Equipment and Furniture for Events

Summary

The Institute for Promotion, Employment and Training of the City of Cádiz seeks the time-limited rental, without an option to purchase, of audiovisual equipment and furniture for events, seminars, trade fairs and other activities. The procurement is divided into two lots: (1) audiovisual equipment, such as sound equipment, microphones, LED-screen equipment, a laptop, a monitor and stage-platform modules; and (2) furniture and display equipment, including chairs, tables and a 2 × 2 m stand supplied with carpeting, an electrical panel, lights, signage, a table and chairs. Bids may cover either or both lots. The initial contract term is up to one year and may be extended to a total maximum of two years, or until the budget for the relevant lot is exhausted. The annual budget is EUR 9,053 excluding VAT for audiovisual equipment and EUR 20,405 excluding VAT for furniture; the estimated total value of both lots, including the possible extension, is EUR 58,916. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid must state a unit price for every item and cover all items in the selected lot without changing their descriptions. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders must demonstrate the required legal and operational capacity and adequate economic, financial and technical capability; the documents set no specific minimum turnover or experience threshold. The supplier must include transport, delivery, installation where required and removal in its price, and use recyclable packaging.
