Integrated maintenance, custody and marine operations service for the ROV Liropus system

Summary

The tender covers the integrated maintenance, custody and marine operation of the Liropus 2000 ROV system on CSIC oceanographic vessels. The services include ROV preparation, installation, operation and maintenance during campaigns, demobilisation, fault diagnosis and repairs, as well as full shore-based maintenance and storage. The contract runs for 24 months from 1 January 2027 and may be extended by up to 24 months in 12-month periods. The tender budget is EUR 1,410,600 excluding VAT and EUR 1,706,826 including VAT; tenders are evaluated on price and automatically assessed additional offers. Participation requires annual turnover of at least EUR 705,300, relevant ROV experience, a qualified team, a suitable maintenance facility and technical equipment, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification or equivalent measures.
