APO 155 INFRA – Framework agreement for corrective maintenance of facilities and buildings at Torrejón Air Base

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintenance services at Torrejón Air Base, divided into four lots: maintenance of medium-voltage installations, lines and transformer substations; maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations; maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration and thermal systems and diesel boilers; and maintenance of plumbing, water-supply, sanitation and pipework systems. The framework agreement lasts 12 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months.
