Supply of software licences and associated support from different manufacturers for umivale Activa

Summary

The tender covers the renewal of umivale Activa's software licences and associated support, as well as the supply of new licences, divided into three lots. Lot 1 concerns Sophos EDR/XDR/NDR and MDR licences for 250 servers for three years, including vulnerability analysis; Lot 2 concerns Veeam Backup licences for 12 months; and Lot 3 concerns Manage Engine Recovery Manager Plus and Endpoint Central licences, including on-premise installation, configuration and deployment, for three years. The total contract value is up to EUR 210,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 254,100 including 21% VAT. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, up to all three lots. For Lots 1 and 2, price is the only award criterion. Prices must be stated to two decimal places excluding VAT, and zero-value tenders are not permitted. For Lot 3, price carries up to 85 points and the technical tender up to 15 points; the evaluation covers the team's experience and the installation methodology and schedule. All licences must be genuine, valid and obtained through an official or authorised manufacturer channel. The contractor must provide manufacturer support, updates, security patches, activation and the required documentation. Lot 3 solutions must be installed on the contracting authority's on-premise infrastructure.
