Supply and installation of two modular tents for events

Summary

The tender covers the supply, transport, installation and delivery of the technical documentation required to put two aluminium modular tents into operation in Lumbrales. One tent is 20 × 50 m and approximately 1,000 m²; the other is 10 × 30 m and approximately 300 m². The first tent must include, among other features, sandwich-panel side enclosures, a double PVC roof, four pedestrian doors and a 5 × 3 m vehicle gate; the second tent must have a PVC roof and side curtains. The works must be completed within 12 weeks, or three months, from contract formalisation. The estimated value is EUR 220,269 excluding VAT and the total budget including 21% VAT is EUR 266,525.49. Tenders will be evaluated on price, worth up to 65 points, technical quality and structural characteristics, worth up to 25 points, and an extended warranty, worth up to 10 points. Bidders must demonstrate at least EUR 260,000 in liability insurance, previous experience with similar supplies, and provide the required structural calculations, strength reports and certificates.
