Unarmed private security, access control and concierge service

Summary

The tender concerns unarmed private security, access control and concierge services for FEVAL’s exhibition and event facilities in Don Benito and related locations. The service covers security of buildings and outdoor areas, access control for people, vehicles and goods, opening and closing facilities, verifiable patrols, initial emergency response and limited operational concierge support. The estimated total contract value is EUR 409,416 excluding VAT; the tender base value is EUR 272,944 excluding VAT and EUR 330,262.24 including 21% VAT. The initial contract term is two years, with a possible one-year extension by agreement of the parties, for a maximum total term of three years. The estimated volume is 3,902 hours of ordinary service and a further 972 hours for fairs and events. Participation requires security-service authorisation, the capability to provide connection services to the bidder’s own alarm receiving centre, a UNE-EN-ISO 18788 certificate or equivalent, and sufficient operational capacity in the province of Badajoz. Staff must be currently licensed and trained. The contractor must provide replacements, equipment, at least four additional radio communication devices during the fair season, and confirm urgent service coverage within two hours. The tender must be submitted electronically and in Spanish. The submission deadline is 20 October 2026.
