Demolition of parapet walls, installation of safety barriers and foundation strengthening on the GC-60 road section

Summary

The tender covers improvements to a section of the GC-60 road in the municipality of Tejeda, between kilometre points 0+400 and 0+930. The works include demolition and repair of parapet walls, foundation strengthening, widening of the road platform, construction of a new 28-metre-long and 3-metre-high stone retaining wall, pavement strengthening, installation of safety barriers, traffic control equipment and road markings, as well as vegetation removal and waste management. The estimated contract value is EUR 235,149.71 excluding IGIC, with a total budget of EUR 251,610.19 including IGIC. The procedure is a simplified open procedure and price is the only award criterion. The works must be completed within five months and are subject to a one-year warranty period. Bidders must meet the turnover and experience requirements, have the required machinery available and submit an environmental plan.
