Cleaning service for Huelva Prison Centre

Summary

The tender covers cleaning the guard facilities, control tower and nursing department at Huelva Prison Centre. The contract will run for two years from 1 November 2026, or from the later contract-signing date, and no extensions are planned. Cleaning will generally take place on working days from 9:00 to 13:00; the guard facilities and nursing department are cleaned daily, while the control tower is cleaned on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The services include cleaning floors, furniture, sanitary facilities, windows, walls, doors and light fittings. The estimated contract value is EUR 41,971.72 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is EUR 50,785.78 including 21% VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically in a single envelope or file and must contain the financial offer, responsible declaration and proof of the site visit. There are no lots or variants. The contract will be awarded to the economically most advantageous tender, and VAT must be shown separately in the price. Bidders must take account of the information concerning staff transfer, as well as requirements for sustainable water and electricity use and recycling.
