Rental, installation and dismantling for broadcasting the Field Mass held in Calp on 22 October

Summary

The contract concerns the audiovisual broadcasting of the Field Mass held in Calp on 22 October. The contractor must rent, transport, install, operate, maintain and remove the required equipment: two 4 × 2 m outdoor LED screens with brightness of at least 5,000 nits, lifting towers and trusses, a live-broadcast camera and a professional sound system with six loudspeakers rated at least 600 W each. The bidder must provide qualified installation, video, sound and camera personnel together with a coordinator. Installation must be completed at least 2 hours before the event and dismantling must take place immediately afterwards. The initial term runs until 31 December 2026, with two possible one-year extensions for 2027 and 2028. The maximum budget is EUR 3,580 including VAT, and price is the only award criterion.
