The call for tenders seeks to award a contract for urban planning and architectural advisory services for Ziortza-Bolibar. The service will be provided at the Ziortza-Bolibar Town Hall (Simon Bolibar Plaza 3) two mornings per week (Wednesday and Friday) from 9:30 to 14:30; August is off unless otherwise required; extra hours may be invoiced under the same basis. The contract is a single lot with CPV codes 71210000-3 and 71410000-5 (Architectural advisory services and Urban planning services). The contract duration is 3 years with a possible extension of 1 year, subject to regulatory provisions. The tender will be conducted through an open procedure with a best-value-for-money approach and electronic submission; price is a major criterion along with professional experience, training, availability, and a defined methodology. The supplier must meet statutory and professional requirements, including a university degree in architecture, registration with the Official College of Architects, a CEFR level C2 English (or equivalent) and proven experience in relevant urban planning/architecture projects. The awarding authority, the Ziortza-Bolibar Municipality, will fund the contract from its budget.
