Modernisation and services for the HxGN OnCall Dispatch emergency management system

Summary

The Balearic Islands emergency management authority is procuring services to modernise, technologically upgrade and enhance the interoperability and functionality of the HxGN OnCall Dispatch system used by GEIB-112, together with the support, maintenance and licences needed for its proper operation. The five-year contract also covers system development projects, including operational information monitoring using Power BI and the development of service performance indicators. The procurement is not divided into lots; all system components must be supplied and commissioned within two weeks of contract signature. The estimated value is EUR 4,316,491.73 excluding VAT.
