Data Protection Officer service

Summary

This procurement concerns the provision of a Data Protection Officer (DPD) service for the City of La Nucía. The contractor must provide DPD services in accordance with EU and national data protection laws, including advising and informing the data controller or data processor, ensuring compliance of data processing activities, supporting DPIAs, cooperating with supervisory authorities, and acting as the contact point. The service includes maintaining and updating data protection documentation (records of processing activities, privacy policies, security measures), organizing training, and on-site verification as required. The contract lasts three years with an option to extend up to two years. Evaluation criteria include price (75 points), DPD certification under the AEPD scheme (10 points), and data protection experience in the last 10 years (15 points).
