Building auxiliary services for the Consell de Mallorca

Summary

The tender covers auxiliary building services for the Consell de Mallorca in two lots and seven locations. The service includes access control and information, visitor guidance, key control, support with opening and closing buildings and alarms, reporting incidents, assistance during evacuations and out-of-hours meetings, support for mail and parcels, and other auxiliary tasks. The contract will last three years, with an estimated start on 1 October 2026 and no planned extension. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,894,071.78 excluding VAT-related budget elements, and the maximum tender budget is EUR 1,578,393.15 excluding VAT, or EUR 1,909,855.71 including VAT. Lot 1 covers the Youth House, Children’s House, Raixa Estate and Natzaret Gardens; Lot 2 covers the Misericordia Building, the Council Palace and the Almudaina Annex. Bids may be submitted for and awarded both lots. Companies should prepare the required eligibility declarations, prove the required turnover and comparable service experience, and submit a technical service project, financial offer, unit-price discount and any training or additional-hours improvements. The quality project must score at least 19.50 out of 39 points to proceed to the automatic evaluation stage.
