Summary

The tender concerns providing technical advisory services to develop the Third Interinstitutional Agreement for the coordination of care to victims of gender-based violence against women in the CAE. The contractor will continue GTI work for 2025–2026 and design/implement a work plan for 2027–2028, update coordination protocols across inter-institutional levels, provide Secretariat support to Emakunde, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, organize an annual exchange and training event, and draft interim and final reports; the work must be carried out bilingually (Basque and Spanish) and under confidentiality.
