Framework agreement for refurbishment and maintenance works on Barajas District buildings and public spaces

Summary

The Barajas District of Madrid is procuring a two-lot framework agreement for construction, refurbishment, repair and maintenance works on district-managed buildings and public spaces. Lot 1 covers educational buildings; Lot 2 covers administrative, cultural, social-services and other municipal buildings, sports facilities, green areas, local streets and public spaces. Works may include building and sports-facility improvements, paving, landscaping, play and exercise areas, and related public-realm works. The framework has an estimated value of €16,555,000 excluding VAT, runs for two years from 2027 with an option to extend for a further two years, and individual call-off contracts may not exceed €1,000,000 excluding VAT after the tendered discount.
